We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, you can return or exchange it — no questions asked.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions
- The item must be unworn and unwashed.
- All original tags must be intact.
- The item should be returned in its original packaging.
- Sale items with the "Final Sale" label cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
- Go to Account > Orders and open the order.
- Choose the item you want to return or exchange.
- Select your reason and submit the request.
- Our team will approve the request and arrange pickup.
Exchange
Exchanges for a different size or color are free of charge when the replacement is available in stock.
